The bonded abrasive are divided into vitrified resin bond abrasive tools,sintered corundum tools.They are of all kinds of shapes with size from 3mm to 1100mm in diameter.With the high grinding performance,they are widey used for surface grinding.intemal grinding,cylinding grinding,centerless grinding,tool grinding,crankshaff grinding etc.The specifications and sizes of abrasive tools could be available on request.

CORUNDUN(A) ES:The basic type of corundum,brown in color,very hard and high elasticity APPLICATIONS:Used in the whittling of normal,free whittling and coarse whittiling,etc.Also used in the whittling of bard bronze,forgable cast iron and alloy steel,etc MONOCRYSTALLINE CORUNDUN(SA) FEATURES:Particle series of monocrystalline,yellow or grey in color,higher hardness and elasticity than white corundum. APPLICATIONS:Used in the whittiling of high haedness and high elasticity materiala such as stainless steel,high vanadium high speed steel,Especially good in the dry whittling and the whittling of easy transforming parts and easy burned parts. WHITE CORUNDUM(WA) FEATURES:The basic type of corundum,white in color,higher hardness and lower elasticity than brown corundum. APPLICATIONS:Used in the whittling of chilled steel,alloy steel and high speed steel,etc.Also used in the processing of bolt line gear wheels and thin-wall parts,etc. GREEN CARBONIZED SILICON(CG) FEATURES:Green in color,the hardness only inferior to carbonized boron and diamond,but a bit higher hardness and crispness thqn black carbonized silicon APPLICATIONS:Used in the whittiling of high hardness materials such as hard alloy,glass,agate and cylinder cober,etc. CHROME CORUNDUN(PA,DRA) FEATURES:The derivation if white corundum,rose in color,higher elasticity and better angle-keeping than corundum APPLICATIONS:Used in shape-up whittiling and the fine whittling of knife,measuring tool,bolt lines and meter parts as well as surface processing of various of high smooth finish. BLACK CARBONIZED SILICON(C) FEATURES:Black in color with lustre,higher hardness but lower elasticity than white corundum. APPLICATIONS:Used in the whittling,grinding and cotting of low tensile strength maerials such as iron,brass,aluminium,stone,leather,rubber,and fire-proof materiral.
